The Dimora di Triano is located in the historic center of Arigliano, in southern Salento, at about 4 km from the sea. It consists of two apartments, a two-room apartment on the ground floor and a studio apartment on the upper floor, recently renovated, comfortable, elegant and with attention to the details. The two apartments share only the main entrance, however, they have exclusive outdoor spaces, services and utilities and can accommodate a total of 4 guests (with extra bed on request). ARIS APARTMENT The Aris apartment is an elegant studio flat, located on the upper floor of the Dimora di Triano. The interiors are very welcoming, characterized by a modern, refined style and with design elements that make it an excellent solution for your romantic getaways. The studio apartment is about 20 square meters large and consists of a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a relaxation corner with sofa and TV, a complete kitchenette with hob and coffee maker, and a modern and refined bathroom with shower box. A glass door with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside leads onto the small outdoor terrace furnished with a dining table for two, (where you can dine), an electric sunshade with an anti-wind sensor and a comfortable outdoor shower.

The "Dimora di Triano" is located in Arigliano, a small village of Gagliano del Capo.
The town still preserves some interesting testimonies of the past including: two monolithic mehnirs "Della Croce" which still bears the signs of the many demolitions and reconstructions and "Santo Spirito" which stands next to the homonymous chapel built in the XVII century, the Palazzo dei Dell'Abate built in 1759
The nearest beach is just 4 km away, and is "Località Ciolo", a suggestive inlet among one of the most photographed place in Salento, thanks to its position, on the Otranto-Leuca coast road, which offers a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea. Here you can find few cafè, a restaurant and the famous "Gibo" luxury club overlooking the sea.
Continuing along the coast you reach other fascinating places such as Marina Serra (10km) and Tricase Porto (12km).
Furthermore, just 7 km away, Santa Maria di Leuca with its beautiful nineteenth-century villas, the waterfall, the basilica, the promenade, restaurants, beaches and other attractions; and, for lovers of sandy beaches, the Ionian coast with its expanses of fine golden sand is about 14 km away.
Finally, Salento is full of characteristic villages, where you can stroll among the alleys, the large ancient squares and the imposing churches and palaces, immersing yourself in the heart of Salento culture and tradition.
Among these we point out: Presicce (13 km), Specchia (13 km), Tricase (11 km) etc..
For lovers of trekking or simple walks in contact with nature, we suggest some paths of great cultural interest in the vicinity, such as the "Vie del Sale" ancient rural paths used in ancient times also for the smuggling of salt and which connect in several points the hinterland to the sea; the "Sentiero del Ciolo" which connects the inhabited center of Gagliano del Capo to the sea, and "Il Sentiero delle Cipolliane", a suggestive path overlooking the sea which connects the Ciolo bridge to the Marina di Novaglie.

As previously mentioned, the house is located in a central area of the town and is equipped and well connected to the sea.
It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a holiday at few minutes from the sea and next to the downtown, where are all the main commercial activities (pharmacy, bar, tobacconist, grocery stores, self service laundry, etc.).
Furthermore, in Arigliano, there is also the railway station which represents the southern terminus of the Sud Est railways.
The car is recommended, to reach the other places of Salento.
There is no private parking space, it will be easy to find parking at few steps from the house.
