The view is amazing. Felt like a king walking out of the bedroom onto the balcony in the morning. All amenities that you would need and expect are there. However, differences in bedrooms - the main bedroom is amazing, the second double bedroom has very low slanted ceilings and the bed is just a pulled out sofa bed (as per pictures), so it wasn't equally comfortable. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating - we were able to check in at 1am after a delayed flight. I have seen the other reviews complaining about the walk - This was not much of an issue, however, walking back up the steep hill you will break out a sweat on a hot day... but you wouldn't have the view without it. Before arriving, I would suggest picking up some essentials - the water from the tap is not drinkable and the opening times of local grocery stores are not great. For the price, you can't fault the place given the sheer size of the property, incl the balcony AND terrace.

Incredible view! Nice host, allowed us a little extra time. Apartment has lots of space, great balcony, well equipped. Unfortunately, it would benefit from a deep cleaning of the entire place, however bed was clean.

Eine Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Aussicht über Cefalù. Wir haben den Balkon sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Kochutensilien und der Backofen waren leider etwas dreckig. Dafür ist es super eine Spülmaschine zu haben. Cefalù ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, man muss sich aber auf ein paar Höhenmeter einstellen. Wir haben gut einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank.

Visuale panoramica mozzafiato. Difficoltà a raggiungere il centro per famiglia con passeggino per mancanza di marciapiedi in una parte del tragitto. Casa nn perfettamente pulita e con mancanza di cura in alcuni particolari.

This place was acceptable for one night if you just need to crash somewhere, but if you are planning to stay in Cefalù for an extended time, I think you need to look elsewhere. One of the bedrooms is just on a mezzanine level, so there is no privacy (no door to close). There was no soap or shampoo for the showers, and the kitchen was ill-equipped and not clean. One of the bathrooms did not have a working light. However the view is truly stunning, and the check-in process was very helpful.
