Great place, would definitely go back. Clean and neat, the kitchen was very well supplied with cookware, utensils, everything. Property is extremely private. Spacious, great house for a dog. Highly recommend.

A wonderful home base for all Mid-Coast Main activities! Lots of room, clean and peaceful. We had a toddle… almost 3 and just needed to move a couple items for safety. He is beyond needing gates but if you are with a little one that does still need stairs gated off, this might be tricky. We enjoyed our time and would stay again!

This quiet gem is nestled deep in the woods. The kitchen is a real highlight - maybe the best provisions kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. I wanted for nothing. The home is spacious if not a little quirky. But we love quirky so if you do too you’ll love this place. Be aware there is little to no cell signal here - you need to drive 5-8 minutes to get it. There is wifi and when it works it’s solid but it’s weather dependent as we found out. I personally liked that but if you’re reliant on signal for work this may not be the best spot. Joelle was helpful and communicative and the home was perfect for three small families to gather (as we did) and reconnect. I would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay in Owls Head! Joelle was a great and communicative host. The house was lovely, spacious, clean, well-appointed and comfortable for our family of 5. The location is also very good in terms of access to nature and activities as well as a short drive for any provisions. Was perfect place to stay for a couple of days in August!
