Large windows surround the whole house letting natural light in, all day long. The facade windows create stunning frames of blue - nothing but sea & sky. The house is 140 sqm. The large high-ceiling open plan living room & dining room has a French door that opens to the spacious terrace with the same stunning view of the bay. The terrace is also connected to the kitchen via another door for easy access. It is an original barn-style door that literally completes the experience: cooking with a view. This is our personal favorite feature of the house and a most advantageous setting for those who love outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted items, maintaining the beauty and character of the house. It is also accessible from the living room for those who prefer the indoors. We have arranged the spaces so that both dining tables (indoors & outdoors) enjoy the same gorgeous view. On the same floor there are two equally bright rooms with en-suite bathrooms. One has a double bed and a balcony; the other has two single beds. Authentic and with a history, our manor house is decorated with antique furniture preserving the original aesthetics without burdening the space. A supreme location. The entrance of the house is on the village market side - a pedestrian area with everything you might need - bakery, grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, taverns, hairdressers, supermarket, dry-cleaning, etc - all within 50-100 metres. You can jump into the sea within a few steps, or walk to the beach, just meters away. In the centre of the bay, hence in the centre of things. Taverns, bars, shops. 1,2km away from “Tis grias to pidima” beach, the most famous beach in Andros island.
