Very nice and new, close to town. You can walk the path to Kenai (less than 2 miles). Great place to stay - there were 3 of us with plenty of space to hang out. Love the history of the property.

My parents and I planned for our first Alaska trip to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. This place was perfect overall. It was the middle point to explore Seward as well as Homer. Grocery stores are close by so that was a great option to save some money and eat at the house. The house had a cabin feel that was spacious, clean and had a lot of history behind it. I would highly recommend this place for those who want to explore the Kenai Peninsula!

The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The first floor “great room” is huge with lots of places to sit and a highlight of the home. Teresa, the host was very welcoming and communicative. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
