The cleanliness and tidiness of the unit really stood out. It had everything I needed, nothing I didn't. I felt very comfortable in the unit. The location is ok. It's not beachfront by any means, but close enough if you don't mind a bit of a walk. The only drawback was that the AC struggled with the extreme heat the weekend I was staying there. It was a brand new unit, but the heat was a bit overpowering.
