Livingroom with smart flat-screen TV, opening on to a terrace, sunken garden & an EV charger. 8 mins to Roundhay Park, 13 minutes to First Direct Arena, 15 mins to O2 Academy Leeds, 15 mins to Temple Newsam The property is a high-spec newly built home with a modern luxurious feel and look. It is set out over three floors. The entrance is on the first floor and it opens into a spacious hallway with the downstairs toilet /cloakroom on the right and on the left an amazing kitchen with modern with all new and built in appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a family size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and cooker and hob. The hallway leads into a very spacious clutter free, tastefully decorated living room which has a big french window that lead into a large garden. The second floor has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a deep bath, best for soaking and relaxing 😎 The whole third floor is one spacious bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite with shower and toilet.

Lovely home just outside the city. Great host who was more than helpful and went out of her way when we misplaced the keys for a short while. Comfy beds, nice and clean. 10/10

Highly recommend Seacroft, the home is absolutely beautiful and we felt very comfortable and at home. Maria was a great host and met us at the property. We were staying as we had an event at the First arena, the house was so lovely we didn’t want to go out, but we did. The beds were all lovely and comfortable and we all had a great sleep. The area was nice and quiet and it was only a short Uber to the arena. Couldn’t recommend this property enough. Thank you for being a great host, we had a lovely stay

The property is in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood, it is set back from all major roads so there are no noises from city life or traffic.
On a night, you can sit outside and enjoy a starry night and distant view of the city scape.
The house is 4.3 miles East of Leeds city center. 17 minutes drive and less than £10 pounds in an Uber.
It is next to Easterly Road which provides a direct route to Leeds City centre.
You can get to and fromthe city by bus. First Bus services 50A, 50,49 to Seacroft and 49 to Oakwood all drop off within walking distance to the house and they all stop go through Leeds city centre. It might be worth downloading the first bus app for time tables, routes and journey planners if you are planning to get around by bus. 😃
Cross Gates train station is 9 minutes drive away and has services to nearby towns and cities including York, Huddersfield and Leeds. (Leeds service gets you into Leeds Train Station in under 10 minutes)
Leeds Train Station is a 20 minutes drive and has services to London King's Cross, Manchester Victoria and Piccadily, Sheffield, Birmingham and Liverpool.
It is 1.4 miles, 20 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive to Seacroft bus station which has aTesco Extra (Seacroft) that is open for 24 hours on most days. Very ideal for stepping out to get some supplies.
There is a variety of restaurants and eateries in Seacroft which deliver to the property.
