The entire property has been recently renovated and has a spacious backyard deck and fire pit for outdoor lounging and entertainment. The cottage is in a great location, close to TAMU. It's very small and very cute. Great deck, backyard, and gas-fueled fire pit. Highly recommend!

The Sterling Cottage is located on a quiet street in a developing neighborhood. You will see a mix of new builds, apartments and original homes from the ~1960s. As previous guests have mentioned in reviews, the area is both convenient and feels safe!
The Sterling Cottage is located just off of Texas Ave, providing short drives to grocery stores and restaurants! You can get to Highway 6 or Kyle Field in less than 10 min (pending traffic), making it easy to get just about anywhere you need to go in College Station.
