we had issues with the check in as the host did not tell us the check in instruction including the keylock number - luckily we were able to get help from airbnb so there was no big issue - host has later indicated that there was wifi issue so it was okay unfortunately the lift was out of commission which made it quite challenging as we had many luggage and the unit was on the second floor overall the unit was clean but there were lot of pet hairs all over the couch/blanket - we don't have pets so we are more sensitive to this issue overall the place had a fair price and close to the airport - we booked this place for overnight stay in between our travel so it was okay

We spent 6 weeks in the old Town Hall. The apartment itself is beautiful, with high ceilings, enormous windows, period details, and modern decor. The River Thames is directly behind the building, and it is a short walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants, and to the train station. Staines has easy bus and train connections to London, Oxford, Windsor, Heathrow, etc. Also, the Oasis team provided outstanding support. We had a few questions and special requests along the way, and in every case we got an immediate response.

Beautiful place with a good location. Only problem was the check in said 1st floor but it’s on the second floor
