My family came from all over to watch the eclipse and I needed a place to handle a significant number (10 initially, but 7 finally). Everything worked well relative to the plan and the place was great for my family (I didn't stay with them, I have a home in Hamilton). So, I'm speaking from outside of the actual experience, but it severed well as far as I know. The only issue for the group was that the sleeping arrangements, a mixed group of mothers, fathers, sons and daughters, became a bit of a challenge . The challenge was pairing of beds. For example, my sister had to sleep with my mother, a little awkward. So (maybe) the description could indicate eight couples comfortably and four extra sleeping beds for children or close families for a total of 12 maximum .... Just a minor thought for you. They made it work with a little awkward mixing. Thanks

The home was cozy and comfortable for our family… We were walkable to the facility that we were going to that weekend… Which was a great bonus! There was parking, it was clean environment… And we would rent it again!

The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable. This was the perfect house for our group of 11 which is exactly how many bed spaces the house has. They did provide an air mattress but we didn't need it. We were there for a sports event at the gym which was a 2 minute walk across the parking lot. Very convenient location! Enjoyed our stay very much.

I was mostly pleased with the home except for a few exceptions —-home was very cold on the lower level & if thermostat was turned up, the upstairs guests were too hot but the level one floor was extremely cold !! Also there were 3 bedrooms that didn’t have TVs which was inconvenient at night. Lastly there was some confusion on the kitchen utensils & supply of dishes that were unavailable which made it difficult to cook a nice meal for our Thanksgiving—- limited bowls, no can opener, no metal spatulas or utensils, etc.
