Place was very comfortable and was in a great peaceful location. Although the group I was with were there for work the place would be a great location for access to the Peak District. Overall a very pleasant stay.

What a fantastic place. A must visit location!!! A big group of us stayed. Each room had its own ensuite. Property has 2 kitchens, 2 livingrooms and a games room. The property supplied board games and children toys. The dining space was fantastic too The property has plenty of parking spaces and great views. The property was clean and very modern. We loved it so much we will be returning next year, I cannot recommend this enough.... definetly a must see and experience ! Thank you for having us

Great place to stay for the Easter weekend. The children enjoyed the Easter egg hunt in the garden, even if some of the eggs were well hidden. The house was warm and very comfortable with an excellent kitchen, which made it easier to feed fourteen people. The children enjoyed the games room and playing football in the very large garden. We all enjoyed a walk around the reservoir, which is a short distance from the house. A good holiday!!!

We were a family of 10 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler on a 3 night long weekend break. There was lots for the children to do: the smaller lounge acted as a playroom and had a good selection of toys, there was a games room with air hockey and table tennis, and 2 grassy areas for running around and playing football - perfect. The adults loved the very high standard of the building conversion and especially the quality of fixtures and fittings in the two kitchens: including two large fridge freezers with ice dispensers. Each bedroom was en-suite with well designed and modern showers and fittings. There were two baths useful for muddy kids at bedtime. The larger lounge accommodated us all around the smart TV screen, and we loved the Hot Tub and using the BBQ. Good walks nearby, and 20 mins from Holmfirth Vineyard. The kids didn’t want to leave. Neither did we. Can’t recommend too highly.
