Spacious 3 bedrooms city living in this peaceful and centrally located place. With new furniture and beds, this modern house has a Master bedroom with ensuite, 2 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs. Double air bed or single sofa bed is made when book for extra people. Walking distance to popular and well known restaurants/pubs, cafes and convenience stores. The house is close to the Mall, parklands and shopping centres. Accommodates 6 -8 people. All the bedrooms are upstairs and are very comfortable and spacious. with extra cushions/pillows. Portable cot/bassinet upon request There is a bath tub 🛁 in one of the bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at Gina’s. The location was perfect and within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops. Gina was very responsive and helpful.
Gina was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and no question was a silly one! She even sourced a portacot last minute for us and our youngest guest LOVED the plush toy touches in the bedrooms. Thank you, Gina!
Ginas place was the perfect stay for us over the weekend - plenty of space, clean, within walking distance of the CBD and other restaurants. Would highly recommend and stay again when visiting Adelaide
We were staying for Gather round and found it was ideal for location. Easy to get to the grounds using public transport. Lovely area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. 2 minute walk for a morning coffee. Plenty of internal space and a well stocked kitchen pantry. Gina was easy to deal with and very informative. No problems at all.

This house is only 1 mins walk to Hutt street, where you can find all the popular restaurants, cafes and pubs. Supermarket and convenience store are nearby. About 15 mins walk to the city mall (Rundle Mall) and Parklands. Is a very quiet neighbourhood.
There are free parking on the street. However pls be careful of the street sign, some have time limit e.g 2hrs and some says permit zone (after 6pm they are not free), make sure you move your car if you have to. There are parking free parking available without limit or permit zone. So pls check carefully. There is one garage space provided during your stay. Or you can park on the drive way too. Pls be mindful that the drive way is also share with the neighbour next to you.
