The home was updated in the 90's & the location is amazing. The issues that my family found most troubling were not that things went wrong in the house, which is to be expected, but how the problems got identified and resolved. Below is a list of problems that we encountered while renting this home for 3 months: Broken showers* Scalding water at baths and kitchen sink* Multiple outlets not working* Light at stairs not working* Broken internet Water leak at fridge* Broken ice maker* Broken water dispenser* Broken freezer Broken A/C* Broken front door Broken kitchen drawer* The items with the * were still not resolved when we moved out. We had a repair person in our house at least once per week for the entire 3 months. The repair people that the owners hired to repair these items were either wildly underqualified or incompetent. The owners are not active in maintaining this home and we felt that.

Nesrin was a great host and we enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed, with lots of space, a nice kitchen, and a great backyard. Nesrin was friendly and responsive. Two thumbs up!
