Casey è stato chiaro fin da subito, mandandoci il manuale preciso e dettagliato su come dovevamo gestire check-in, check-out, lo smaltimento dei rifiuti con tanto di calendario, con le indicazioni precise su come arrivare alla casa; nel manuale c’erano anche consigli su ristoranti in cui cenare, su città da visitare e le spiagge più comode da raggiungere, nonché informazioni riguardo le farmacie e i supermercati più vicini. La casa era a dir poco stupenda, gli appartamenti semplici ma curati, puliti e forniti dell’essenziale. I dintorni offrivano una vista bellissima che dava sulle colline e i vigneti, e il pezzo forte di tutta la casa è stata l’ampia terrazza al piano superiore che dava l’opportunità di cenare al fresco e pranzare in mezzo al verde. Insomma, tutto bellissimo!!

We spent a wonderful ten days in the house in Massignano and would like to thank Casey and Mark very much! First of all from the practical side - the house is very well equipped, no matter what we needed - everything was always there. All the little helpers that I had brought from home stayed packed. The many suggestions from the house manual proved helpful. We tried out a lot of things. The restaurant Pepe Nero was a very special highlight! If you like stand up paddling, you can rent the equipment at every beach. We also did a small sailing tour with fishing and snorkelling from the port of Numana There is also an aqua park with slides not far away called Onda Blu. But the special thing is still the breathtaking nature and the historical charm of the region with many small villages and churches, with many restaurants and small shops. Wonderful!

Would give 6 stars if possible. Cannot wait to return. Such a wonderful place to unwind, refresh and enjoy the company of friends, surrounded by vineyards, olive and fruit trees. The accommodation is top class, providing privacy through 5 apartments with facilities for communal dining/relaxing. The detailed brochure provided by Casey and Mark points to many wineries, heritage towns and restaurants locally. Our morning swim started each day perfectly. Great restaurants were sampled and BBQ was in frequent use.
