Super séjour ! Raphaël est gentil , très réactif et très à l’écoute ! Nous avons adorée cette semaine de fête dans ce quartier calme et cordial ! L’appartement est vraiment fidèle à la description c’est un bon petit cocon pour un couple ! Les équipements sont tous là et très fonctionnel et le lit est super ! Je recommande vivement et espère pouvoir y retourner lors d’un prochain séjour ! Merci beaucoup 🙏🏽

This is the place I return whenever I stay in France. It's close enough to the metro and public transport that I can easily get to Paris or other train stations for day trips. But being just outside the city gives me the convenience of being in a peaceful neighborhood. Having a full size fridge and stovetop with micro/convection oven allows me to cook at home when I don't want to head out to one of the nearby restaurants. The local marché is a short walk and I can pick up all my essential food from there, or one of the groceries that's in walking distance. The neighborhood is usually quiet, the building and residents are quiet; it's perfect for me to work and study, and explore Paris proper and the surrounding areas. And Raphaël is always available by text to answer my questions, and has been a very accommodating and flexible host. 10/10: Will continue to stay at Raphael's apartment in La Garenne-Colombes.

First thing we thought when we walked into the apartment was “wow”! You get the real Parisian windows & view, quaint living room full of light. A spacious bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom are adequate! We did have a blocked drain in the shower which we notified Raphael of & unfortunately had to endure flooding throughout the kitchen and bathroom every night when we showered. However, he was very responsive & although it wasn’t fixed during our stay, he assured it would be attended to the day we left. He did send a list of local eateries that he suggested and they were lovely. Location is good, it’s outside of Paris but close to public transport. We had a great stay.
