Guy was fantastic at communicating, all of the check in details were sent to us before arrival and check out details before departure. The apartment was tidy and well designed, everything we needed was available. The location of the apartment was ideal and very central. A beautiful walk across the park to get to the shops. Lovely stay thank you.

Great location, lovely apartment. As an airbnb host myself I was a little disappointed in advance by a few things, per messages with Guy. 1. No coffee machine or cafetière. I provide this in even a basic Airbnb so was surprised not available in a ‘luxury’ property. Yes there’s a discount at cafe downstairs but I like coffee first thing, before dressing/going out. I took my own coffee and camping cafetière, never had to do this before in many airbnb stays. No coffee provided not even the instant which was what Guy advised me to make when I asked re facility for coffee (real). 2. My train was at 12, I asked if it suited the cleaners timescales if I could pls stay 1/2 hour after the 10am checkout. Guy said no but do bag drop at £10 an hour. I’d paid a fair price for 3 nights and thought this request was rather greedy. Knew check out time when I booked so yes it was my choice. Guy said cleaner would be there dead on 10am. Not the case. Good stay just a little bit of a shrug re these

Great apartment in very good central location. Having parking whilst being so central was great as well.
