Our 5 days stay was very pleasant, Efren and Jen are very accommodating and friendly. The house is 2-floor and plenty of space for the entire family, the area is very close to Camiling town center and very accessible. We will definitely choose to stay again when we come back.

Efren accommodated my last minute booking request, and I’m thankful. It was really close to where family lived and large enough to have them over for dinner. It was clean and my mom and I felt safe. I would book it again when visiting family.

The place was as very good and homey as it was described. Efren was very responsive and helpful and his caretaker was friendly, accommodating and kind. The only downside was the issue on brown out/black out during the days I booked. On the two days I checked in, the electric went out in the entire Camiling city which was not Efren’s fault. We had to book a room outside the city which I had to pay more money due to no advance booking. I suggested to Efren to buy a generator which he positively accepted. He was considerate to return my payment less 20% fee on the first day and fully refunded my 2nd day payment. If not with the brown out/black out issue, I would have looked forward to staying at Efren’s condo. With the hot weather and with the neighbor’s noisy generator, we wouldn’t have been able to stay at his place without electricity (power).
