We had an incredible stay! The room had a private bathroom which was super convenient, the shared spaces had everything we needed. Oh, the view from the balcony was stunning – it was simply incredible! Francisco and his wife Ravi were very warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and were super quick to respond. Their hospitality really made all the difference! And let’s talk about the location – it couldn’t have been better! With supermarkets, cafes and restaurants just a few steps away, we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Overall, everything was absolutely wonderful.
Francisco provides a warm welcome, and the entire house exudes coziness. Contrary to my initial apprehension about sharing an Airbnb, the experience turned out to be pleasant and enjoyable! Interruptions were minimal, and it felt as if we had the entire house to ourselves. The location is incredibly convenient, situated near central Melbourne, making it well worth the price. I will definitely revisit their place for future trips to Melbourne. I am grateful for the warm hospitality we received :)

Apartment is really good place, near of trams and of the CBD, the view of the apartment is very beautiful.
Francisco and Javiera were responsive and friendly over messages and made a great effort to provide all useful information I could have needed for the check-in process. Although I only met Francisco briefly due to busy, conflicting schedules, he was friendly but not overbearing. The apartment is in a fantastic location and has a great number of amenities within the building and below, especially the Woolworths Metro. The study space in the building was also super useful. The apartment had everything I needed, I made breakfast daily and was able to come and go at any time with ease. I would recommend this stay to any friend that was looking for a place to stay in Melbourne’s Southbank or just close to the city.
