I had no issues with Carlton but I think he’s out of touch with his property. The property was missing basic necessities such as blankets, towels, toilet paper. The coffee maker is broken. Me and my family arrived at 10:30pm and had to run to the store and nearby family to find these items. I bought air fresheners and plug ins just to make it bearable. I gifted these to neighbors after checkout. Most of the house stinks like cigarettes even though the posting said to not smoke. I was accompanied with elderly family and they hated staying in this house. I do not recommend. For the price I could’ve put them in a nice hotel instead. Ruined our trip.

Easy to enter. Clean interior. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location! Plenty of space! Big yard with outside furniture. Host was very responsive. Beautiful home! Would recommend
