All as expected. Clean and orderly. Only critique is that the the bed frame in the main bed room squeaked and needed to be repaired. The dishwasher was also inoperable and in need of repair. Our host asked if her realtor could view the property with a prospect during our stay. We agreed. I don't think hosts should do this.

The description of the space was spot on and entrance into the house was easy. The neighborhood is quiet. We had some issues with things (3) not working. One was addressed and fixed over a 3 day period and the other two were not. This wasn’t a beach vacation for us, so the 25 minute drive to the beach wasn’t an issue. There aren’t any beach chairs or towels available for those that wish to go to the beach. Contacting Chelsey is easy and she responds quickly.

Chelsey was very responsive and very helpful. Our stay was for a month, we would highly recommend this location for extended stays. Anything you might need is just a few minutes away.
