We enjoyed our stay, especially the welcome snack kakanin. thank you Ms. Fitzhashes and Sir Francis. Caretaker Alvin was very helpful. Movie night and bonfire is a big plus. Pool water needs to be changed and pool needs cleaning, overall we really love the place.

Balai Familia offers a pleasant stay with highly responsive hosts who consistently cater to our requests. While the overall experience is positive, there's room for improvement in the cleanliness of the kitchen area, particularly the utensils in the dirty kitchen, which seemed inadequately cleaned.

The house was beautiful and the whole compound was very spacious that it actually allowed my 3 dogs to run free and play constantly. Beds were comfortable and airconditioning were all working to perfection which was very important to me coz my large dogs needed it. We all enjoyed the pool a lot. They have ample parking space. Nice kitchen appliances. Bathrooms need upgrading. Caretaker Otip was very helpful and always ready to help. Hosts were very responsive and even provided a guidebook on places around lipa to see. They probably need a better clean up crew. But overall it is a nice place to stay in to get away from the chaotic manila traffic. Oh and it only took us 1.5 hours to get to Balai Familia and so easy to find.

10/10!! Beautiful cozy place and great service! They even provided a free birthday cake for my friend - what a sweet gesture! Will definitely recommend this and will stay again next time! The host was very friendly and responds well. The care taker of the house also helped with all of our needs! Also, I heard they will be adding more amenities!
