Escape to this contemporary home nestled within walking distance of Charming Downtown Mount Holly, River Street Park with its Disc golf course, and the Dutchman Creek boat and kayak launch on the Catawba River, this vacation home is an ideal choice for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking tranquility by the water's edge. For those with a love of golf, museums, or adventures at the White Water Center, you'll find everything within 10-minutes. Our location is also minutes away from the airport. Upon entering our property, you'll immediately sense the inviting, immaculate ambiance. The main part of the house embraces an open concept design. To your left, you'll discover the cozy living room, perfect for family game nights or quiet reading sessions. To your right, the dining room and kitchen, complete with island seating, beckon you to savor meals together. As you proceed down the hall, a fully equipped laundry room precedes the master suite, while on the left, you'll find the guest bedrooms and a guest bath. The master suite boasts a full ensuite with a walk-in closet, an office desk for those who need to catch up on work, a walk-in shower, and a convenient Jack and Jill sink.

Great place to stay! Came in for the weekend for a wedding. Lots of cute towns nearby with a lot to do. Close proximity to anything you could need. Would stay here again if I’m back in the area.

I had an amazing stay! Jesse was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The house was spotless! I appreciated the effort they put into maintaining a clean and comfortable space. The location was great, quiet, and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

We were in town to see my niece play at Belmont Abbey and see a basketball game at the Spectrum Center. The location was perfect for both of the activities. This place was exactly as depicted in the photos. It was stylish and cozy. Jesse was attentive to our needs, though we didn’t need much. I recommend staying here.

This Neighborhood is very tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte and yet still super close! It is very quiet aside from some other new homes being built down the street. The noise from the new builds will not be an issue though.
- 2 miles to U.S. National Whitewater Center ($6 dollar parking) MUST SEE!!! Yoga, hiking and mountain biking, zip lining, summer camps, Outdoor concerts, climbing, kayaking and white water rafting all in one place!
- 1 block to boat/kayak launch on the Catawba River (Kayak rentals available)
- Tuckaseege park walking distance from residence
- Down the street CaroMont Regional Medical center, minute walk to entrance - 1/2 mile to downtown Mount Holly (Shopping, Brewery, Local Cigar Bar/lounge, Salons, and Restaurants)
