we stayed here very last minute and the hosts were wonderful at hosting us at such short notice. the apartment was beautifully clean and in a great location :) very friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting Kochi !

pros: - aesthetic place with a nice washroom - good location in Fort Kochi with everything pretty close by - washing machine available in the back of the property (note that it is not in unit) - two twin beds as opposed to one single cons: - AC is not in every room, only the bedroom - booked this for me & my mom and didn't know it was on the second floor with no lift so a heads up for anyone with accessibility concerns

For the price, Vimal’s place was worth it. Unfortunately for a day the internet was down and I also couldn’t find the washing machine. It was very sparse on furniture to relax on and the main living area was very hot with just fans and no air con. There was no microwave, oven, kettle or cooking utensils in the shared kitchen. Cups and teabags and coffee, but no kettle ? However, the bedroom was cool and very clean. As was the bathroom. The living space was spacious and the location was ideal.. close to the main road but a little bit away from the noise.

Vimal’s place, Viceroy Inn is amazing… Vimal has gone out of his way to make us welcome… one of the best places to stay in Fort Kochi. I highly recommend to everyone to stay here at Viceroy Inn. I loved it and so will you!
