The house matched its description except for a missing hammock, and it had a convenient location with a grocery store (10min walk) and taxi stand nearby. A housekeeper was available until the 2pm. We traveled with young children and encountered a few minor issues. Some very small marks were made on the linen and towels, for which we were charged for cleaning, and that was fine with us. However, we were also charged for the replacement of a linen that had a tiny 0.5 cm mark, which we reluctantly paid. The situation escalated when more issues were attributed to us. We could barely see these marks on the towels unless they were held up to the sun, and it was unclear whether these marks were even made by us as they weren’t related to kids’ colors or activities. At that point, we drew the line and calmly asked that any further claims be handled through Airbnb's claim and resolution center. As much as we loved the place and the staff, this experience left us with a bitter feeling.

We had a great time in the apartment. Everything was exactly as described and the service was great. Especially the help of Riri made our stay a real pleasure :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement était exactement ce qui était décrit voir même encore mieux! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La localisation était parfaite, bien placée dans Grand Baie. La propriétaire était très avenant et agréable. Nous conseillons fortement ce logement! Merci encore!

Super séjour en famille et gros coup de coeur pour la maison et son extérieur. Bon emplacement proche des commodités pour rayonnner dans le Nord de l'île. Claudia nous a régalé avec ses plats et ses conseils culinaires. Les différents intervenants ont été au top! Si je dois trouver un point d'amélioration; je dirai simplement une douche extérieure histoire de chipoter car avec un tel jardin cela serait le bienvenu. Villa à recommander sans hésitation, nous étions déçus de partir.
