Our stay was overall very good. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and in good repair for a home of that age. The hardwood floors were especially beautiful. All beds were very comfortable. The location relative to the city was great. We were familiar with the neighborhood and were pleased with proximity to the interstates, grocery shopping, and downtown. We could not tell from the pictures how close it was situated to the busy street right out front. The sound of traffic inside the house was significant all day and night, but nothing that some good earplugs could not overcome. There were ants in the kitchen, but they did not bother us much - ants happen, just be sure to keep food well sealed. I would recommend to Evolve to provide nightstands with outlets nearby the beds. Value for price at normal times ~$250/night would be an excellent deal. We stayed during the 2024 Eclipse and paid premium prices like all lodging was charging over those days.

The house was not that clean. There was no Internet. We tried reaching the hostess, no answer. The beds were not comfortable. The bathrooms were terrible.

This place was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip. It had plenty of beds for my group & was in a very central location to everything!

We were very happy with the house and location. Close to everything we wanted to do. Unless I missed something in listing I wasn't aware that their wasn't a shower in the second bathroom. It would have been important for us to know that one bathroom only had a bathtub. We had one person in our party that has trouble walking and balance issues so it would have been good to list that going from the kitchen and living room from the dining area there is a drop off.
