The cabin’s clean lines and tasteful furnishings provide a tranquil space for gathering or relaxation; complete with comfortable seating and a fireplace perfect for cozy nights in while listening to your favorite songs on the record player. Outside, the large upstairs deck beckons you to unwind and immerse yourself in nature's beauty surrounded by mature evergreen trees. It really is like being in a treehouse. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while gazing at the breathtaking mountaintop views and the swaying trees. The deck is also an ideal spot for outdoor dining amidst the picturesque scenery with seating available for 6. The well equipped kitchen is great for a home cook featuring the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals. Gather around the dining table and savor your culinary creations while enjoying the serene views of nature through the large windows. There are 4 bedrooms thoughtfully designed to provide a restful retreat for every guest. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms located in the bottom floor of the house accessible by a staircase. Each room is named and designed around landmarks in Silver Lake and are tastefully furnished offering comfortable bedding ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of outdoor adventures. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor and two additional bedrooms are downstairs. There is 1 full bathroom on each floor. NOTE, beds include: 1 KING, 2 QUEENS, 2 STANDARD "SINGLE" TWINS, and a standard crib. Perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids in the single/twin beds (unless the adults feel comfortable sleeping in them) A highlight of this cabin is undoubtedly the loft, where you'll find a dedicated space for yoga and a cozy sitting area to relax and gaze out at the treetops. Start your day with a rejuvenating yoga session, surrounded by the calming ambiance of the forest. Afterward, curl up with a book or simply relax in the loft's tranquil atmosphere. This is also the perfect place for little ones to play, have the family gather for a game night, or watching a movie. The loft also has it's own AC unit to keep cool on the warmest of days. CHECK OUT time is before or at 11AM. We have a strict policy on this as we have scheduled cleaners to come and prepare the home for the next guests. Driveway Parking for ONLY three vehicles. There is no street parking permitted. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake with access to only residents of the community and cannot be utilized by the general public. However, guests can visit Lake Gregory just minutes away to enjoy recreational water activities. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods & trash bags. It will be your responsibility to acquire or bring more if needed. GENERAL HOUSE RULES (more listed in listing): NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO LOUD MUSIC INSIDE OR OUTSIDE (there is a noise detection system on premise) NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE ALLOWED ON PREMISES. And if you plan on having 8 guests, please make sure your booking reflects the total guests. ONLY (and up to the 8) guests booked in reservation are permitted on the property. Notify us if your party size changes. AIRBNB only covers people in reservation & unauthorized guests will result in additional fees. No smoking allowed. Unauthorized pets on premises will result in minimum $150 fee. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 7AM.\ Please be mindful of outdoor voices during quiet hours as this is a family friendly neighborhood. Keep patio screen doors and window screens closed at all times. Please take care of and don’t rearrange the furniture. WEATHER RELATED & WINTER BOOKINGS - There will be no special refund due to weather conditions. - Lake Arrowhead does get snow and ice in the winter months which means you may need a 4WD AND/OR snow chains to get up the mountain and drive around in the neighborhood. - We will snow plow the driveway for your arrival but then after that you are responsible. You will be responsible to dig your car out of the snow. - Shovels and deicer will be available for you to use for walkways, decks, & driveway - Do not park on the street as you may be snow plowed in or TOWED ABOUT THE AREA: Nestled in the San Bernardino mountains, our cabin offers convenient access to a wealth of outdoor activities.
