Santa the general manager took care of everything from our taxi to the home, to the delicious welcome meal we received when we arrived. We were able to select meals to be prepared during our stay and EVERYTHING from breakfast to dinner was delicious (and very affordable with staff purchasing the food and juices we requested.) The view from the villa was amazing from every level. The beds were super comfortable and the room’s air conditioned to our comfort as well. They arranged taxis for us to make sure we were safe and there was a security guard posted outside to ensure we slept safe and sound as well. Thank you all for such an awesome experience. We are already planning to return with extended family!
I have so many wonderful things to say about our stay, first, Santa and the staff were both wonderful and attentive to me and my family, they made us feel so welcome. Second, the villa was amazing and the view was spectacular, definitely worth the price. Would definitely recommend to others and would also definitely book again!
Was a wonderful stay! We felt very taken care of. Clean place, amazing view, and we felt like we had a lot of privacy. Would come back again.
First, the staff is INCREDIBLE. Santa the house manager was excellent and responsive, the chef made us smile every morning with her charm and cooking, and the cleaning crew was lovely. Biggest problem: The movie theater room is NOT USABLE. At all. This was a major bummer considering it's one of the most highly touted amenities of the home. The projector is probably 20 years old, has hundreds of dead pixels so it looks like there's snow on the screen, and it does not connect to any HDMI, so it's literally impossible to stream anything. It only uses standard definition DVDs. It has to be completely replaced to be usable today. Otherwise, great stay. Wonderful staff. Beautiful location. Pool is great. Spa could be, but they told us the heat can only run for two hours, which for the cost of this home is crazy that we can't use the amenities at will. Would recommend a stay here, but with caution about the above.
I cannot begin to describe how grateful my family and I were to have had the opportunity to call this villa home during our stay in Confresi. The house was a dream! The staff went above and beyond! It was an amazing experience. We had everything we needed. As a family with smaller kids, we were on edge quite some time as the house is a more adult friendly home considering the amount of staircases, infinity pool and jacuzzi from such a height. However, our kids were great at following our rules and all was well! Overall this was an amazing experience, thank you so much! We are so appreciative of the Bentley Villa team and would absolutely return.
