Good: - Flat is good, tastefully done, very clean, with good furniture, bed AC, washing machine and other amenities. - area is good as close to loads of restaurants etc. - management company is very good; responsive and sorts out any problem Not so good: - lock is sticky and needs a bit of a hard turn to the right, (suggest include in instructions). Took me half hr to get in as there was also a comms prob when they misheard the flat name - got locked out again the same evening as lock cannot be opened by the key if left in a certain position (again instructions would help) - noisy because building is at a corner, every passing vehicle honks until late, ok with AC on - living room is overlooked if blinds are open (suggest some thin privacy curtains) - night security guard locks the main gate at 10/11pm and I had to wake him up twice when I returned late Overall, would still recommend as it’s a very nice flat and I’m certain the company will fix the issues noted.

Nice apartment and nice quiet street but one of the worse Airbnb experiences in a while: - quite unreliable internet - lots of mosquitoes get into the apartment - super unprofessional team - despite extending on Airbnb and being accepted by them and paying, I woke up to a cleaner at the door and hours of calls and stress insisting I had to leave. I had to get Airbnb involved and then, zero apologies or acknowledgement from them - they force you to fill out a form with a zillion fields just to get instructions; other places in India just do it based on the passport

Really nice flat in a great part of Bandra. Full air conditioning, lovely view of the street where you can watch the locals go about their daily lives. Loads of great restaurants and bars nearby. Water purification filter available for clean drinking water. Really made me feel like I was a local in Mumbai. Highly recommend to future guests.
