Casalife is the tropical escape of an American/Brazilian family with a Baiana and Mineira soul. We are a young couple, with a daugther and completely in love with Bahia, it's rich culture and unique lifestyle. Our Turquoise Beach House in Itacimirim has an elegant and rustic atmosphere where only good energy enters and the lightness of being on vacation becomes routine. We decided to share our space and allow special people to connect with our energy and create unique moments in our home. Casalife is a unique combination of elegance and rustic environment. Ground floor apartment with 2/4, 2 suites with air conditioning and 32" tv, cozy living room with a sofa bed and 55" smart tv, full american kitchen with countertop for quicker meals. kitchen is loaded with all the essentials for all meal preparations from modern to rustic vibes. Meaning we have from fancy electric cooking pots to rustic coffee makers and clay pots for local recipes such as our know moqueca or feijoada. Dining room tables are placed in our gourmet kitchen fully equipped for barbecue at the back of the house and also at the entrance where you find a large social area along a front yard with views of the pool/beach area. Laundry room and exterior shower are built within our gourmet space in the back of the house. High standard condominium with 24 hour security, 1 parking space, playground,shared swimming pool , 1 kiosk equipped with barbecue grill, freezer, sink, countertop for meal preparation and ice machine. Summary of bedrooms: Master Suite: Queen size bed with air conditioning and 32 inch tv with window facing the back balcony,our gourmet area. Suite 2: Queen size with pullover twin bed underneath with air conditioning and 32 inch tv, window facing the front balcony with views of the front yard and loud sounds of the crashing waves from the sea a few steps away. Living Room with sofa bed that opens to a double bed when needed.
