i am a pleasant person so if you check out my bio a useless skill is the ability to read people because even though I CAN, i chose not to and not to judge and to be helpful... i hate lawyers, court, ect. fines things in that nature... i always move on from situations with out fess everyone gets 100% of my trust its up to a person to gain it fully. Chad had minor issues i feel could be fixed or addressed but one i couldnt get over is his kitchen it is not suitable for cooking at all especially if your kosher, it had cobb webbs and he is charging a $5 to use his kitchen... the coffee machine he has listed is rusted .. i have a photo .. but .. in addition the shower which i almost did not use but wanted to give his place a chance... has black mold on it , its the exact shower curtain on the listings photos.. which i kept noting like wow .. how long has this been here? unchanged? ... further more.. my room... i asked before getting there if it could be cleaned.. it nvr was.
