Great building with a fantastic rooftop pool and gym. Great little apartment, equipped with a super fast internet and an ergonomic office chair, ideal if you need to do some work from home. Metro station (Queen Sirikit Convention Centre )and the Benchakitti Park are within walking distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for a week visiting Bangkok. Easy to access with clear directions accompanied by pictures. The place was clean and everything worked well, for the most part (Internet was out on two of the mornings we were there, which did hurt, as I needed to get work done each day). This is a solid area to stay in, it’s right by the park, which is great for running (I went daily) and two minutes from a metro station. Some things to consider when booking: there are two AC units in the space and you must aim the control directly at unit for them to work (maybe not new to others but it took us several minutes to figure it out the first night), the bathroom is a clear sliding door with no separation from rest of the unit, and there’s a minimum of toiletries (two towels, which required using bath towel as pool towel too, and toilet paper as well as soap didn’t last the full stay for one of us, not to mention both of us). Overall, a solid stay; we’d stay again bringing extra towels & toiletries
