Within easy walking distance to all that Horbury has to offer. Whether it’s a gorgeous cake and coffee or a glass of wine or beer it’s all on your doorstop . Both the M1 and M62 motorway networks are only a 10 minute drive away . If you don’t fancy driving there are regular buses to Wakefield or Leeds where you can shop til you drop. The back courtyard garden is a private sun trap where you can relax and only hear the church bells ringing Large spacious rooms

Lovely home and felt comfortable. Nice touches like Xmas decorations, milk and chocolate biscuits!!! Would definitely recommend and when back visiting friends and family will be sure to look for this first!
We had a fantastic week here. Beautiful house, exactly as described. We had everything we needed during our stay. The house had lots of extra touches of Christmas decorations which was lovely as we were away for Christmas. Perfectly situated close to local amenities, shops, restaurants etc. It’s also close to the local park which is great if you have a dog. All in all I can’t recommend Rachel’s property highly enough. Great host, lovely property and we have already booked again!

Lovely house in a nice area. Kitchen had everything we needed, once we figured out that the oven had a "fan but no heat" setting that confused us a little!
Great place to stay in Horbury. Very spacious, very clean, very quiet, lots of storage space. Friendly neighbours, lots of easy parking nearby, convenient location. We would happily stay here again, and we recommend it to everyone.
