Welcome to our humble villa! Perfect to big groups. We are 30 mins away from Clark Aqua Planet and CDC via Nlex-Sctex connector and Sctex. We are 20 mins away from SM Clark we are 25 mins away from Clark International airport What to expect: To locate our villa - using G map or waze, kindly type in Bical Grace Church, we are located at the back of the church and take the adjacent road of the church towards the villa (30secs-1min drive only). Normal Check-in is 2pm and out 12nn. When you arrive our caretaker will assist you and show you the villa. He will provide you a copy of our house rules to avoid misunderstanding while you are staying. For Karaoke/Videoke usage it is only until 10pm to follow baranggay ordinance and to avoid misunderstanding with our neighbors. For kitchen usage - we have kitchen utensils like kaldero, caserola, frying pan, plates, spoon and fork, bowl, baso for drinking water and tasa for coffee, rice cooker, 1pc 5gal water with hot/cold dispenser, 2 chillers and a microwave. We have a bbq area where you can grill your baon na karne and seafoods. However we do not provide free charcoal. We have 3 rooms, on which it can accommodate 20pax comfortably. Plus 4 extra mattresses that you can use for free. Each rooms has it own private toilet and bathroom with hot/cold shower and with split type airconditioned. For towels please let us know how many you need. We do not provide soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. Room 1, has 2 king size bed and 1 queen bed. Room 2 has 1 queen bed and a couch. Room 3 has a bunk bed. All rooms has its own flat screen television however it can be use use thru wifi only. We do have NETFLIX premium subscription. We have roof deck area on which you can relax and enjoy the sunset and the view of the majestic Mt. Arayat. However it is strongly and strictly advise to accomodate kids if they wish to go to the roof deck. Any kind of injury, the owner of the villa is not liable for any injuries that may occur. We are a pet friendly villa. You can bring your fur babies. However please be guided with our house rules about pets. The pool itself is about 4ft deep. It is design to cool down and to relax. We have big gardens infront and at the back of the house with different kinds of plants. This is for relaxation only and good for plantita and plantito. It is prohibited to cut or collect any of our plants. Smoking area - our smoking area is in the front garden area. For parking - the villa can accommodate 2 car’s and you can also park in the adjacent lot of the villa. You can also connect to our wifi for FREE. It is 600 mbps speed. In the event of unplanned power shortage while you are stying. We do not have generator to produce electricity for the villa. Illegal activities is not allowed and not acceptable.
