Bring your friends and family to our spacious home that sleeps 8! Come stay at Sunset Ranch and enjoy country living. This Newly Renovated home is just 2 miles from Madison Downs and Future Baptist Hospital, 6 miles from Union University, 5 miles from Crown Winery, and near I-40. Enjoy your coffee and clear your mind on our back porch overlooking the beautiful horses and breathtaking farm. The 2400 square foot home sleeps 8 (1 king, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds) with 2 full baths. 2 living areas- one with a flatscreen. Second living area you walk out onto the back porch and look at our equine friends. Enjoy our Fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar for all the coffee lovers equipped with a Keurig and Drip Mr. Coffee Maker! We have a Dedicated workspace which is a super cute and quiet work area. Sunset Ranch is equipped and ready to house you during many different events! •Bridal Parties •Large families •girls weekend •business travelers •Travel Nurses •horse lovers •and everything in-between. For an additional fee ask about: Boarding horses & horseback riding (Days and times vary) You are more than welcome to pet the horses. However, DO NOT open the gates or climb over fences. Tourist attractions near us include: *85th annual West Tennessee Strawberry Festival May 7- 13, 2023 *Safari Park *Union Open House *Crown Winery *Middle Fork Bottoms NO PETS! $250 charge for smoking in the house or having a pet. We have a 2 night stay minimum for the weekend.

Sunset Ranch is the perfect home away from home. My group included 7 adults & we felt like we had plenty of space. The location is great- just outside of Jackson with easy access to surrounding areas. The ranch was so peaceful. Kaitlin was very responsive and provided clear instructions. We didn't encounter any issues but I knew if we did it would be taken care of immediately. I would recommend Sunset Ranch & would love to stay here again in the future.
This house is a beautiful country retreat, conveniently located between a larger town (Jackson) and Humboldt, home to the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival. It's spacious and well-decorated rooms worked well for us as an extended family home base for a recent wedding. We had three generations under one room and didn't feel cramped at all. My kids enjoyed making friends with the neeeeiiighh-boring horses (sorry, couldn't help myself, it was right there) and I enjoyed a soak in the bathtub after a long day of driving. Kaitlin's a pleasant, helpful, and responsive host and places like this are why I continue to come back to Airbnb, especially for family trips.
Great stay. Great house and location. Best Air B&B experience for us so far. Very clean and well prepared. Very responsive. Unique atmosphere with horses nearby. Loved it and plan on staying again in future visits.
This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! Easy to get in and low maintenance when leaving! Owner is responsive and extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend staying here!!
