We had a great stay at Caroline's place. Her cottage is lovely and very comfortable. There were decent amenities, a nice and spacious outdoors area and the city centre is a short Uber ride away. Would recommend to anyone staying in Maidenhead.

Perfect location for Windsor Castle and Legoland. Plenty to do at ' Sheephouse '. Caroline has put a trampoline and zip wire in the paddock. Kids thoroughly enjoyed ! Will be returning soon !!

Fantastic location and well suited to our family. We were well looked after by Caroline and Michelle. The kids had a blast as there was plenty of room outside for the children to roam around (Just be aware that one of the gates doesn't secure properly and there are ponds in the front yard). Unfortunately the flying-fox wasn't available for use and the pool was a little grubby to be swum in. Don't let this deter you from staying here as the property is absolutely lovely and there is a trampoline and chickens to keep the kids entertained. The cottage itself was an adequate size for our family of 5. Caroline provided the portacot and high chair which saved a lot of hassle. The cottage was lovely and clean and well appointed. Plenty to do in the area - quintessential English countryside surrounds the property as well as walking distance to the Thames and Boulters Lock. Only 20mins by train from Maidenhead to London. Fab. The cottage was lovely and very convenient to Bray, Cookham, Maidenhead, Taplow, Henley and Marlow. Lots of lovely places on the water for dining, quant pubs and great gastro pubs. Our daughter was married in Cookham and the reception was at Hedsor House. All very easy to visit with beautiful countryside so Sheephouse Manor fitted perfectly with its surroundings. Our son is wheelchair bound so cottage 2 worked very well.
