Our Quinta is located on the south slope of the Serra do Caramulo. The terrain of almost 2 hectares is completely private. The views are wonderful. There are several terraces. There are all types of fruit and nut trees. The pool (12 x 4 m) area is completely fenced. Ample walking possibilities nearby. The quinta is centrally located, 30 minutes from Viseu, 70 min from Porto and 60 min from Coimbra and the beach at Aveiro. The village is only 2 km away and has all necessary facilities. The building consists of two houses, the lower one of which is private (It is not in use during your stay). The house consists of an upper floor with living and dinner area, fuly equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathoom with separate toilet and a large balcony looking out over the terrain; and a lower floor with separate entrance, with a third bedroom and second bathroom including washing machine.
