Relax with the family at this peaceful place. We are surrounded by woods on a 10 acre estate. There is a huge playground with 2 treehouses and 4 rockwalls, a basketball court (the goal is adjustable if your kids wish to play), a koi pond to relax by, a beautiful salt water pool to swim in, or play a round of frisbee golf, private covered parking, a patio to grill out on, and an overall serene place to stay. YOU ARE RENTING A POOLHOUSE, NOT THE MAIN HOUSE. THE POOL IS SHARED WITH MY FAMILY You have the whole pool house to yourselves. the pool house is 1200sq ft. It can sleep 6 but I would not recommend that many. There is only 1 bed room and the sleeper sofas are located 1 in the Living room and the other in the downstairs sitting room. The upstairs is one large room separated by a divider to make it a bedroom and living room. The pool and 2 acre fenced in backyard are shared with my family that lives in the main house across the way from the pool house.

This home was amazing came for a couple days with the kids for spring break and they definently enjoyed themselves . Everything was as described and very easy process. Frederick worked with my booking needs due to mishaps being a first time booker, so I was very grateful for that and also didn't toss me out when extra guest came just wanted us to be careful and respectful and I appreciated that tremendously.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful location. Plenty to do around the property and definitely the perfect, quiet getaway. Would for sure stay here again!

One of my favorites! Amanda and Rick made me feel more at home and comfortable with their friendliness. I had the privilege of spending a little time with them—fantastic people. The pool house had more space than I needed and enough privacy, surrounded by a well manicured environment. Take a stroll over to the koi pond, see the chickens, and enjoy the pool. I’ll definitely make my way back. Many thanks to my hosts!
