Peaceful place in Residencial Atami, La Libertad, El Salvador. We are located in the heart of Surf City, in a private area near restaurants and close to El Tunco, El Sunzal and El Zonte beaches. We are also 10 minutes walking distance from Playa El Palmarcito. The property has two cozy bedrooms. Each one of them has its own AC and a private bathroom. The showers have hot water for your convenience. We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals. We also provide drinking water. The patio has a basketball court, hammocks and a swimming pool. There is a gas grill and an outdoor fridge near the pool area.

The house is located in Residencial Atami. A gated/private community. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet for vacationing with your family or your friends.
There is a tiendita to buy any goodies such as bread, chips, soap and other stuff. It is really close to the house (cash-only).
The residential has FREE access to 2 beaches.
1- La Leona Beach which is private for all residents of Atami or guest, and
2- Playa El Palmar which is a public beach.
Both beaches are approximately a 10 minute walk from the house.
Both beaches are great for surfing, walking, relax or simply enjoy nature.

To enter the neighborhood you will have to pass through the security booth.
There is a private club called Atami Scape Resort in the neighborhood. The resort has a restaurant called Los Pelicanos. The restaurant is open to the public.
