We were extremely disappointed with out stay at Troy's place. The home was not cleaned property. We were pretty disgusted to have dog hair in our beds and all over our clothes. The fridge was gross inside and out, the dishes were dirty, nothing looked cared for, the toilets were dirty, kitchen drawings were full of crumbs - We found a bag of someone else's trash inside a drawer. The state of the house was not how we expected to spend our holidays. The lack of basic items in the kitchen made it a challenge. Half of our group only stayed 1 night and opted to go home because they were not comfortable in an unclean house. The host offered to return our cleaning fee. We wanted a clean house. The fee was never returned. Graciously an hour after we checked out of the house and were on a plane home we received a message for the host offering to have an extra night for free. I mentioned he could refund a night and that would be fair. He did not. Overall it cost us 6400 USD for 5 nights

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super und reibungslos. Leider wurde davon nicht ganz so gut geputzt. Der Gastgeber will das in Zukunft aber besser beachten und hat es gleich weitergeleitet.

Troys home is exactly what you would want for a nice getaway. Perfectly situated on the lake unmatched views. Water access at the dock for swimming etc. kids loved the fire pit and the play equipment! House is beautiful would highly recommend for a peaceful, beautiful retreat for the whole family!

Our time at the Lakehouse was truly beyond memorable. The house was an actual dream house. We swam morning, noon, and night on the lake. The kids were crazy over the play structure, zip line and the sand box was simply a hit. It was a hard place to leave. The a/c was wonderful to have as we were there during a very hot week. We loved our stay at the Lakehouse and hope to be back in the future with the whole family.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Mount Uniacke. The house is so incredibly beautiful and is really kid-friendly with fun things to do in and out of the house. My favourite thing about the house was the built-in sonos (audio) system but most of all the amazing view of the lake. The house was super practical with having TVs in all the rooms with already signed in Netflix accounts and in both livings rooms. It was very well air conditioned, it was always nice and cool. It was worth every penny! The host was super friendly and was always responsive to our requests. He really made our stay enjoyable.
