This condo a corner unit in a very quiet complex. This 3 BR furnished condo, is close to Servus Sports Center, Restaurants, and easy access to Cenovus. The unit has two free parking spots and is very cozy with reclining chairs, fire places and large smart TVs. We offer discounts on weekly stays, and monthly stays. The condo is fully equipped with a dishwasher, all cutlery, coffee maker, pots and pans, kettle, tea pot, and even an air fryer. There is large front room on the main floor with a smart tv, reclining furniture and a fireplace. The basement has another cozy area with a queen size bed, a large smart tv, fire place and a bathroom. Laundry facility is in the basement with a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. Bedrooms all have comfortable beds, full closets, USB ports, lamps, alarm clock, and fans.

Perfect place for our needs. It had all the extra little touches, coffee, cream, tea, spices, etc. Very clean. We would definitely stay there again.
Sharon's townhouse was the perfect place to stay for the weekend with our pets. It was nice being an end unit in a townhouse so we only had to share 1 wall with neighbours. Sharon was extremely responsive on messenger to all the questions we needed help with. It is a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a safe neighbourhood to walk around in. I would for sure stay here again.
Sheryl's place was great. Communication was prompt & they were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!
We were in town for a tournament and very convenient 5 minute drive to the Servus centre. Lots of room in the townhouse and was immaculate. Everything we needed was there. Loved the basement as Sharon added a bed there along with an electric fireplace. The sofa bed was still there but did not need it. Lots of sleeping options. The living room was cozy. The 2 other moms I stayed with loved it too and we all preferred it to staying in a hotel. Would definitely recommend.
They stay was pleasant, the place is clean and has a great space and lots of useful furniture , good location as well really pleasant experience!

Quiet residential living. This is a multi condominium complex within a quiet family community. The condo is walking distance to restaurants, and a 2 minute drive to the Servus Sports Center, and a 7 minute drive to Cenovus.
The condo comes with two free parking stalls. The condo is a block off 17 south, making it super easy to get around the city.

I live on an acreage with my 4 dogs, way to many cats, chickens, guinea fowl, horses, donkeys and pet cows. We believe in taking in rescues when we can (which 80% of our animals are). I own It’s Time Promotions with a location in Provost and Lloydminster. We do embroidery, screenprint, signage, vehicle decals and wraps. We serve customers all across Western Canada. We bought the condo for a place for me and my staff to stay while working in Lloydminster. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do.
