Nice & clean place, has everything that we needed. Very clear check-in instruction, step by step with pictures. Short stopover for us, we didn’t manage to use facilities at building or explore beach. There is a grocery store, restaurant & clinic (my husband had to visit clinic while we here), very convenient. Definitely would consider come back again if we happen to be at Kuantan.

It's a newly built condominium. Facilities still look good and well maintained so far. Security seemed decent. Location is a bit far from Kuantan city area. It is about 15 minutes drive down to get better food selection. The unit itself is facing the road (not the sea). It's a bit if a pity because the sea view on level 13 would have been great. The place is clean and all that you need for a great stay is there. Appreciate the disposable slippers, toothbrush kit, shampoo, frontload washer, clothes hangers, cups and plates etc. Some of these are not provided in most airbnbs that I've rented over the years. Lastly, the room is very clean. Had a very good stay, thank you.
