Welcome Home at the Cornelius Hof! Opened in the beginning of 2023, this quiet backyard complex features 16 micro apartments right in the city centre of Düsseldorf. No matter how short or long you are staying with us, you’ll find everything you could possibly want from a boutique-style micro apartment right here: A place to arrive, relax and recharge – a place to feel home away from home that enables you to make the most of the city. Apartment #3 is one of our six type apartments on the ground floor with a real tiny house character. The space in the micro-apartment was cleverly used and, for example, there is a wardrobe with a clothes rail and storage space under the one meter wide loft bed. You can get into bed via a pull-out staircase and can also hide it under the bed to make the best possible use of the space. The comfortable seating area by the window offers a view of the backyard and invites you to make yourself comfortable with a cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine with a good book or enjoy a movie evening. In the spacious and fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to take care of yourself: refrigerator, stove and oven as well as all cooking utensils. If cooking isn't your thing, that's no problem: you can have groceries (e.g. via Gorillas or Flink) or meals delivered to your home within minutes from one of the city's many delivery services (e.g. Lieferando or Wolt). An en-suite bathroom with shower completes the apartment. In the apartment, the living need for “individuality” is the focus. A work of art by local artist Shev Lunatic was immortalized directly on a wall in the apartment. The interior's color palette is subtle; only selected decorative pieces pick up on the color concept of the work of art to round off the concept. We are sure that you will feel really comfortable!
