The location was very near Shin-okubo station and it only took 4-5 minutes walk. The apartment was in a small backlane alley near the main street so it was quiet but it can be dark at night due to no street lights. However there are a few guests houses around down this lane. The apartment was exactly like the photos and very pretty and enough space for 6 adults there. The 2 showers and 2 toilets were very handy for the number of people and we felt very comfortable. If you are doing laundry, the drying rack is at the highest floor balcony and requires you to use multiple hangers to hang the clothes on the rack. Overall a pretty and nice place, very Japanese style and would recommend.

Great place! Located very close to the train station, this was an ideal hub for getting around Tokyo. The house was clean and spacious for my group of 7. Asami was very helpful, providing clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here.

The description of this place matched our experience. We were a family of 7 (with one of us being a prior chef) so having 4 rooms was very nice to have privacy. Kitchen was a workable space but the stove knobs were being replaced; so that was the only reason for have 4 stars, otherwise, we loved the extra towels, two bathrooms, two showers, and the living room space. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Just know that the apartment is located I. Koreatown of Tokyo so that was a bit odd.

I can’t recommend this apartment in the heart of Shinjuku city highly enough! A large amount of flexible space - we were a party of 7 and we all had a good amount of space for our 4 days there. It was very peaceful overnight despite being right at the heart of the city and very close to the Yamamote line. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Thank you Asami for the prompt and helpful communication and for saving the day with an early check in when we were all soaked to the skin from our journey! Would not hesitate to stay here again.
