Enjoy our brand new, roomy, modern and nicely furnished apartment, within arm's reach of the center of Budapest. The apartment (57 sqm) has a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large balcony for the comfort of our guests, all services of which can be used without restrictions. In the neighborhood we find the well-known Széchenyi Spa, Heroes' Square and Andrássy Street, where the embassies of several countries are located. The apartment is a newly built, certificated (***) apartment with new equipment, the cleanliness of which we pay special attention to. In the bedroom, our guests can rest on a 140x200cm bed with a brand new mattress, and their personal belongings are stored in cupboards and on coat hangers. There is also a small table with a chair and a large mirror in the room. The living room has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, it has also a living room furniture, a small table and a TV. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, plates and all kinds of kitchen utensils. We have also provided a four-person table for our guests, where they can enjoy the prepared food comfortably. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, washing machine and bathroom furniture. We provide small and large towels and toiletries. The apartment is equipped with a separate toilet. The apartment also has a private 13 square meter balcony, where there is an outdoor table with four chairs. Here you can enjoy your evenings with a glass of wine, and smoking is also allowed on the balcony.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana qui, alloggio facile da raggiungere dall'aereoporto e abbastanza vicino a svariati punti interessanti da visitare, ma soprattutto alle giuste fermate di pullman e tram, di fatti è stato super facile raggiungere sia il centro di Budapest che qualsiasi altra meta scegliessi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto pulito tranne che per qualche traccia di polvere sui cuscini e su alcune superfici, ma per il resto era tutto in ordine e tutto funzionante. Abbiamo potuto sfruttare l'appartamento in ogni suo aspetto, usato forno cucina lavatrice e altro, c'era tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Per la spesa c'è un Lidl a pochissimi passi e ad ogni 100 m circa ci sono monopattini e biciclette pronte per essere fittate. La zona circostante è sicura. Istvan è stato poi molto premuroso e presente, dandoci consigli molto utili per le nostre attività, anche se qualche volta con un po' di ritardo. Consiglio vivamente, noi ci siamo sentiti come a casa

Alloggio pulitissimo e ordinato un immobile recentissimo. La terrazza è un valore aggiunto. In prossimità dell’appartamento ci sono due supermercati comodi. Istvan è stato sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande. consigliatissimo

Hemos pasado unos días en el apartamento de István. El apartamento esta genial, es nuevo e incluso tiene cosas todavía si estrenar. La ubicación está muy bien en tan sólo 25 minutos está en el centro en autobús. La zona es tranquila y silenciosa y tiene supermercados muy cerca. una experiencia muy buena. Además István esta pendiente en todo momento.

The apartment is located in the center of the dynamically developing district of Budapest, "Angel-land", in a quiet side street. Everything for everyday life is nearby, such as restaurants, shops, sports halls. From here, any attraction in Budapest can be reached quickly and easily by public transport. From the appartment, we can reach Heroes' Square, Andrássy street or City park with bus (3 stops, 6-8 minutes), where many attractions can be found, such as the Millenium Monument, the Széchenyi Spa, the Vajdahunyad Castle, the Zoo, the House of Music Hungary, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Ethnography, the Capital Circus, the Art Gallery, the Gundel Restaurant and the embassies of several countries. Here we can board Europe's oldest underground trains, which take us to the heart of Budapest in a short, 10-minute journey.

Public transport in Budapest is dense and cheap:

Many other discounted or combined ticket types are also available.
Buses 32, 105, 210 and 210B and tram 14 run in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Buses 20E, 30, 30A, 230 and trams 1 and 1A are a few minutes' walk away.
You can park your car on the street for 300 HUF/hour (maximum 3 hours). If requested in advance, a parking pass can be exchanged for a separate fee in a nearby parking lot at a price of approximately 20,000 HUF/month.
There are several car-sharing services operating in Budapest, with which we can get around quickly and cost-effectively, without parking fees. I recommend this mode of travel to experienced city drivers.
The taxi tariffs in Budapest are uniform:

- Kilometer fee: 440 HUF
