We were very pleased with the home. Our family of 6 fit comfortably with the finished basement and beds being great for the kids. The house was great and we had two deer in the yard, which surprised us. The neighbor was very friendly and told us the history of the deer. We would stay again if we were in Bloomington.

Juan's place was great! While from the outside just looks similar to nearby homes, the inside is competent renovated and modern.

I would strongly recommend this place. A lot of work went into renovating it and it shows. Everything is new, but there are enough little flourishes that the interior doesn't feel sterile. Looks like the pictures. We only had a few minor issues. Juan asked multiple times how many guests we were bringing, and I told him. But we should have been talking about the number of beds to be used. 4 guests meant only two beds, but we picked this airbnb so my son and daughter could sleep in separate beds. We didn't realize this until we arrived and asked why the basement door was locked. It took a little bit, but eventually Juan charged us an extra $50 for the cleaning fee. Small price to pay for happy kids. Basement was great too. Everyone thought the beds were comfy. Also, the upstairs bathroom had a sliding door that didn't lock. that wasn't too much of a problem for us, but then the sliding door would slide back open 3-4 inches. I'm sure they will fix these issues.

Amazing spot in an even better location for all things campus related. Easy check in & the place is very tidy——has everything you need for a family or group to have a blast in B Town!
