Located in Murfreesboro, TN, just 30 minutes southeast of Nashville, this gorgeous single-family home is a true place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. It was completely renovated and professionally decorated in 2023! It is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, and smart TV, with an attached private bath, 2 walk-in closets, and a linen closet. The two guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds with large closets, plus a full bathroom located in the hall between the guest bedrooms. A queen-sized sofa bed is in the living room as well as a small desk workspace. Large smart TVs with Roku streaming sticks are in the living room and master bedroom. The TVs are already logged into Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more for your enjoyment! KITCHEN This modern kitchen is renovated with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances! The refrigerator has a bottom freezer with an icemaker. We provide an array of spices along with pots and pans, a blender, hand mixer, grater, and a coffee station with a Keurig! Bring your favorite K-cups! We also have a standard coffee pot and ground coffee. We provide a starter set of coffee, sugar, sweeteners, flavored syrups, and creamers. There is an electric range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. OUTDOOR LIVING The front porch has two chairs perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee! The newly built deck has a table with 4 chairs and a propane gas grill. The yard is almost 1/2 acre and half of the backyard is fenced. Beyond the fence is a large open area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs for enjoying the outdoors with friends or family. Firewood is provided but stored outside (wood and ground around the firepit could remain wet after rain). The fire pit is the perfect location for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs, or just enjoying the warmth of the fire and looking at the stars! Being just outside the city limits, there are few street lights and the stars shine beautifully! There are large mature trees that provide shade for the firepit area and are the perfect spot for a hammock! If you have a hammock, feel free to bring it along and set it up among the trees. We've made sure to provide plenty of space for you to spread out and relax. EXTRAS In addition to the basics, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. We also add many "extra" touches to make it feel more like home! PARKING There is a long paved driveway with a large parking pad behind the home. It could fit up to 6+ cars on the wide part of the driveway behind the home. The rear-entry garage is not available to guests. PETS Please inquire for approval prior to booking. 30-60 lbs, max 1 dog 30 lbs or less, max 2 dogs Pet fee is $85 Pets must be up-to-date on vaccines and flea/tick-free. Cats and other animals are not considered. SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety and security of the guests and property, we have 2 outdoor video/audio cameras that record with motion, which are located above the garage facing the back yard and on the ring doorbell on the front door, facing the front yard/street. OTHER REQUIREMENTS The minimum renter age is 25. Photo ID is required to verify. We require a rental contract to be signed within 48 hours after booking.
