Small but very comfortable apartment in a modern building. Excellent location. Simple check in and check out. Good WiFi.
The unit is in M Residence. The building is new. The location is great. The room has a kitchen too.

The apartment was ok. Main issue is the bed - really bad. You can feel the springs of the mattress. It smelled of cigaretes even though they state it is a non-smoking room. Location is good - apartment looks like in the pictures - just no chairs or table at the balcony. I only stayed one night.
A chaque fois que je dois me rendre sur Phnom Penh je réserve ici ; pas de souci, pas de mauvaises surprise, c'est un super appart, et très bien placé. Franchement ne pas hésiter.
