Centrally located between the foothills and town means you'll be close to everything, including the world-famous 4th-Ave Gym, fairgrounds, or MCAS with shopping and dining options nearby. Sterlings place was great, we stayed there for a very extended stay. Everything was great.

Neighborhood is a quiet 55+ adjacent area called Citrus View. Very peaceful and no houses across the street, just beautiful date tree's.
You can get around by car, bike, or walk on the paths. There is a nice walking park around the corner from the home to walk your dog at. You can park in the driveway or at the curb on the street.
