Huge dock holds up to 5 boats, great fishing spot on quiet end of lake, near best bass and crappie fishing. Parking on site for up to 5 vehicles/trucks with connected trailers ok. Great house on the shore of the lake for fun, fun, fun! Flexible check-in and check-out (unless we have another guest checking-in or out the same day). 4 queen beds and 1 twin bed, in 4 bedrooms. Also 2 nice couches. 3 stories in the house. Top floor has full bath with tub/shower and a loft bedroom with TV, 1 queen and 1 twin. Top floor also has a porch and sitting area. Middle (main) floor has laundry, full bath with huge shower, bedroom with queen bed, workspace and TV. Xbox 360, PS3 and Original Xbox - all with games. Library of books. Main floor also has living room/seating area, big TV (DVDs CDs), boombox and kitchen with table and 4 chairs. New fridge and stove. Basic dishes pots and pans, drip and Keurig coffee makers. Middle floor has a screened in porch. Lower floor has 2 huge connected rooms (no divider) - 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a queen bed and bar/darts/non-functioning fireplace/fun space with music instruments (see photos). Foosball, pool table and poker table in fun space too! Large screened in patio on lower level. We have Wi-Fi, blender, hair dryer, curling iron, ironing board and iron, microwave, propane grill with gas, fire pit with plenty of oak to burn, mini-fridge. Parking for 5 cars. Dock for up to 5 boats. New stairs from the house down to the lake. Quiet cul de sac. Wi-Fi is 16 Mbps tested 7/21/23.
