Akwaba is a 280 m2, 6 bedroomed light filled villa in an expansive and lovely 3500 m2 garden. The kitchen/living area has real wow factor with lofty ceilings and wrap around windows/doors giving on to two terraces, one a lounge, the other a dining area. The 60 m2 salt water pool and area are there for you to enjoy, cool off and sunbathe. We also have a fantastic solar heated outside shower. Apart from olives, fruit and oak trees there is plenty of space to find a shady quiet spot to laze. This pretty upstairs double room has 140 cm)futon bed, a wardrobe, a view onto the oldest house of the hillside and its own ensuite shower and sink. The room really has a soft, peaceful feel. I underline that the bed is a futon which is not for everybody though I do have other rooms to choose from if this type of bed suits you less. The house is very spacious, the kitchen has pretty much every convenience one might imagine and we have an outside plug in grill for the meat eaters. The pool is salt water with plenty of comfortable outside furniture. Though we do have neighbours there is no vis à vis. The village is a short walk away and there are convenience stores on the outskirts of our little town and a little market on Sundays. I have a dog called Dude who is a happy, well behaved individual who is is one cool guy.
